Assemblea general de la SOM

La Societat Ornitològica de Menorca (SOM) es complau en convidar-vos a l’assemblea general que es celebrarà el divendres dia 24 de març a les 19 hores en primera convocatòria i a les 19:30 hores en segona convocatòria a la casa de colònies des Torretó*, a Ciutadella. També us volem fer saber que qualsevol soci/a pot ser membre de la junta directiva, per aquesta raó deixam obert el termini per presentar-se fins el mateix moment de començar l’assemblea. Esperam que us animeu a participar en la nova junta directiva.
L’ordre del dia serà el següent:
Ordre del dia
1. Lectura i aprovació de l’acta de l’assemblea anterior.
2. Presentació de la memòria anual d’activitats del 2016.
3. Estat de comptes del 2016.
4. Aprovació del pressupost per a l’any 2017.
5. Propostes d’activitats per al 2017.
6. Renovació i/o elecció de nous membres de la junta directiva i presidència.
7. Precs i suggeriments.

*Està previst fer estada a la casa de colònies des de divendres fins diumenge i aprofitar els dos dies per fer una sèrie de xerrades informatives sobre el programa SOCME (Seguiment d’Ocells Comuns de Menorca). Per aquest motiu hem convidat a l’expert de l’ICO (Institut Català d’Ornitolologia) Enric Badosa que serà amb nosaltres els tres dies. També aprofitarem per fer alguna jornada d’anellament científic. L’estada completa sortirà per 30 € pels socis (15 € fillets/es) i 40 € pels no socis (20 € fillets/es). Interessats en assistir a l’assemblea o a algun dels dies de les jornades us podeu apuntar escrivint al correu informacio.som
