Observant plàcidament uns ànecs en una bassa prop de Maó, avui he estat testimoni d’una acció de caça del totpoderós falcò pelegrí.
Desbandada!! .. la sil.lueta d’un falcó pelegrí solcant el cel aixeca als anacs del seu descans matinal. Pànic. El falcó ja ha triat la seva presa i es llança per intentar capturar una femella de coll blau. L’embest i aconsegueix atrapar-la, peròl el seu propi pes i la força del coll blau en un darrer intent per salvar la vida, s’amolla de les urpes del falcó i cau a terra ferida.
Revolotejant aconsegueix arribar a uns abatzers i s’amaga …mentre el falcó es possa damunt l’estesa elèctrica cercant la seva presa. Me mira…..Intueix que som allà, però ell no vol deixar escapar el seu àpat i es queda observant fins que finalment decideix marxar.
